how long does it take to get a root canal and alot of fillings, can they put you asleep if you ask for it?

Reply:You can always ask for nitrous oxide to sedate you, in fact I just had my second root canal done this morning. But your dentist might give you a narcotic pain pill, and most likely an antibiotic. Report It
Reply:i don't know never got a root canel but i have gotten feelings in before you will get a shot in the mouth to make it numb.dont worry the shot won't be that much pain.
Reply:45 MINUTES OR SO DONT REALLY HURT THEY NUMB YOU UP AND CLEAN IT OUT BELIEVE ME ITS NOT BAD AND IF YOUR SCARED OF NEEDLES THEY MIGHT PUT YOU TO SLEEP BUT DONT COUNT ON IT!! GOOD LUCK
Reply:dont be so worried about it its not as bad as u think ive had a bunch n the first time i was scared but its really not so bad it doesnt hurt
