i had my root canal done last week, why do i feel like i have a clump of concrete in back of my front tooth, and why is it sharp....sharp enough to cut my tounge on.
Root canal?
If the dentist did not complete the root canal (sometimes they will do it in 2 visits), then it could be temporary filling material. Since they will be reopening the area, it may not be as smooth as a regular filling.
If the root canal is complete, or if you can't stand the feeling on your tooth, call the dentist and have him smooth it (at no cost!!).
